I would start Waddle and Hollins as our WRs the rest of the season

Parker will be cut or traded for a late round pick. Its time. But, he is still valuable when he is healthy. Big decision on him.
Williams cut he is not very good
Fuller cut too much money for a player who does not want to play period. Just collect his pay on IR.
Hurns cut just never can stay healthy.
Ford is married and divorced us so many times so I see another divorce.
Merritt is PS material if he stays.
Hollins is a bona-fide leader and ST's ace. He stays
Waddle is our #1WR and he will be for next 20 years.

Parker will be cut. He's had 1 really good productive season, during a contract year, and the rest has been less than pedestrian numbers for a number 1 receiver drafted 14th overall. 55 catches 800ish yards and 4tds are his numbers for 10+ Million a year. That is why we suck. We pay out too much money for pretenders instead of performers.

Waddle, speed, slot and deep threat, Hollins great hands , high point, leadership. Let the rest of the "Walking Dead" fight it out for number 3 spot this season and then re-tool (except Waddle/Hollins) in the off season.

And DVP and Wilson. Wilson was getting attention on crossers. Anyone who can keep the D honest needs to play

So much this. Why does it take so long for these coaches to make the changes that are obvious to so many.

Hollins is a playmaker every time he is given ample opportunity to do so. Most of the rest aren't worth keeping.

Case in point, the Dolphins lead the league in dropped passes. It's mind boggling.

I said this in another thread, but I'll repeat it here...
FA- must sign a reliable, competent receiver.
Draft: find the replacement for Parker- he's a big, possession receiver. That shouldn't be the hardest thing to find.
Re-sign Gesicki.
Keep Hollins as your 5 or 6.
So, you go in with FA, Draftee, Waddle, Hollins, Gesicki as TE/WR hybrid, and hopefully Hunter Long is ready.
Keep Parker as your 4 or 5 guy, equal with Hollins, because Hollins shows up to play.
Let Preston Williams, Lynn Bowden, Hurns, Albert Wilson, Kirk Merritt, camp bodies fight it out for the final spot.
Thinking being, we are no longer dependent on DVP. If he's healthy, he rotates in. If not, oh well...If more than one camp body shows up and outperforms him, cut or trade.

Wasn't Fuller a one year deal?

It isn't really a matter of cutting him.
