Hello,

I'am upset with because in my mind, the situation would have been : culp starter, quinn back up (draft him at all cost and give a second rounder if necessary) and cleo in number 3.

but now with all informations pointing in the green signing that mean culp is leaving or quinn will not be drafted, and for me it's an error to go in this direction, see why above :

1/culp is younger than green and when healthy a pro bowl caliber QB what green never was and never will be (37 older)

2/if we keep culp and green, ........QB controversy in progress and stop with this problem too.

3/If green come here, and we keep culp that mean no quinn and next year we will be in the same old song (no youg talented QB on board).

I liked all other FO move this year but the better direction to go for me is draft quinn this year and stop our QB problem for the future with him behind culp 2 years, after that quinn will be the number 1 and all of our QB problem will be erased, period.

opinions.

How many posts do we need discussing the future of DC? IF, a deal is made for Green, then obviously it would imply that after intensive review of film; Cameron has concluded that DC would not be able to run his offense. He has a better resume as far as evaluating QB's than anybody on this site.
With respect to Quinn, I believe he's the guy Mueller and Cameron want with the 9th pick. However, it is becoming less and less likely that he will drop. Most mocks had Cleveland taking Peterson, however, they are close to signing Jamal Lewis so RB is not a big need. The Texans are also rumored to be interested in Quinn, AGAIN.
Nobody knows what the Raiders are thinking and the Vikings have shown interest in Quinn as well.
The Fins are better off trading down and taking Stanton in lthe atter half of rd 1. I was hoping they could get him with their 2nd rd pick, but his stock is climbing too.

don't be wrong, it's just my opinion but if culp isn't the QB cam want, I'am ok with that but I just don't want another older dinosaur, I would prefer a trading culp to houston against carr and draft quinn with our number 9 and in 2 years cut or trade david carr.....

Start preparing yourself my friend, and not just for Culpepper, but Quinn. To assume we get Quinn is big mistake.

here is the deal, I think Green would be the stop gap back up and Lemon would start, or they compete to see who gets the job. Lemon has the edge because of age (Greens concusion is a huge deal) and knowing Cams system and is just the guy they are looking to. Then you groom your rookie (Quinn, Stanton, Edwards ect.), and you cut all that Culppeper money out and the indecision.

I think Culpepper gets us our 6th rounder back in the end. Just cutting our losses there. Thats how I see it.

carr is younger than green and everygame against him he beat us and with a worse OL than us........that mean he could be not great but solid young QB and improve if we can give him a solid OL.

but it's just my opinion.

Green = Quinn

IF we sing Green then to me it means more w will be taking Quinn or a young QB. Teams want a veteran as a mentor. The coach cannot do it alone. Miami does not have this Culpepper can't and would not be good at this. He would teach a young QB about defenses.. We need Trent as a mentor. We will get or young QB this year!!!!

:bighug:

in this cas that will not be quinn in my mind, what about stanton does he could become a solid starter in your opinion or does he will become only a back up in your mind ?

Someone needs a.....

:bighug:

Trust in Cam and Randy muh friend. They know what they are doing....

I trust them, I'am just worries about not drafting a young talent QB this year one more time and to be in the same old song case next year.

there are rumblings that the dolphins will rebuild the oline and not draft a qb until next year plus witha deficit at wr we need to bring in two wrs . but if we do draft a qb it will qb kolb or drew tate or another lesser known qb . i want quinn but like my fellow poster said its highly unlikely now that we can get him.
