Round 1- Michael Johnson- Talk about a guy that has gone from way overrated to underrated (where he stands now). Johnson has a lot talent and would benefit greatly from some extra weight to play OLB. If available, I don't see him being passed on at 25.

Round 2a- Sean Smith- If there was one constant that beat us last year throughout the season, it was big and physical wide receivers. CBs this size with good speed don't come too often and we would be lucky to see Smith available here. (Jarron Gilbert also a possibility)

Round 2b- Louis Murphy- The "great chemistry" that we have at WR continues uninterrupted as Murphy is somewhat of a project with a TON of upside. This pick would pay big dividends in a year, maybe two, when Henne takes over.

Round 3- Terrance Taylor- It's certainly feasible that Taylor is available here, but it is a slight stretch. He would be a capable NT to spell Ferguson this year and take over down the line. Taylor is not a long term solution however.

Round 4- Mike Mickens- A very aggressive CB from Cincinatti, reminds me a little of Darius Butler. Willing tackler in run support, could develop into a nice nickel CB at the least.

Other very important positions we must address are OT, first, followed by TE and S.

the so called experts are saying Johnson is falling to late 2nd possibly 3rd round...

Is there any reason as to why, new news? I know he has the stamina issue. I don't think that with the premium placed on 3-4 OLB rushers he makes it that far. Despite Everette Brown falling down some, I don't think that will push most of the lower rated OLBs down further as well. I think getting Johnson and signing Jason Taylor for a year or two would work wonders for our pass rush and the development of Johnson.

I think it would be ideal to sign Taylor and draft Michael Johnson. Johnson's body frame and his skill set is that similar to JT. He could develop quite nicely learning from JT.The draft gurus Mel Kiper & Todd Mchshay both agreed that Michael Johnson is a mid 2nd to early 3rd at best. I dont recall what the reasoning was, but thats def what they said. But thats not to say thats how NFL GM's feel.

Johnson weighs about 265, plenty big for OLB. Murphy is talented and has size/wheels, but drops too many easy catches. Too high for him, I'd rather have Guice later. Taylor is a reach.

I'm not saying want a 280 pound LB, but I think for a guy that wirey, adding some lower body weight (to get him to the low 270s) could help him with his quickness. Matt Roth played last year in the 270s granted he was far to slow, he is also only 6'2". With Johnson we're talking about a guy who's 6'7". The Johnson pick is assuming we don't make a trade up to get Clay Matthews Jr., which is a definite possibility.
