Does anyone else realize that we have slowly developed our own identity with all our rookies from last year and this year and our few new free agents. To me our team doesnt look so much like a patchwork of recycled past superstars. We now have alot of young up and coming stars developed from our own system which I think is more special. Also, slowly the drama that surrounded this team is leaving the Manny Wright project is over, The Ricky Williams soap opera is winding down, and the Daunte project should come to a head after camp.IMO ending the drama will help seal our team off from the media and allow us to just get back to focusing on playing football. Lastly, our coaching staff has been greatly improved IMO which is important for developing talent,I think our coaching changes have went a bit under the radar .We have gained some quality position coaches which should make a difference and many times get overlooked.I feel like we are now up to date with the rest of the league and on the right path to success even though it took way longer than it probably should have. I think the new regime will unite the players and fans and revitalize this franchise. Is anyone else excited about whats brewing?

It definitely feels like something new is beginning instead of any attempt to make one last run at a title, particularly in the offense and secondary. Even better is that for the first time there will not be any heavy expectations this year. Anything goes this year.

I agree and it is great to see a new team emerging. I love the direction the Dolphins are going and am excited to see what happens this year.:ninja:

I agree alot with your post looking forward to this season.

Another good thing, is we now have a bonafide GM and a head coach who's head is not bigger than Alabama. Its nice to have a coach without an inflated ego like Johnson, Wannstedt and Saban.
Plus now Cam can focus all of his attention to the team and Mueller can focus and work everyday on personel issues.

I thought this was how Satan was going to handle things when he was here. A rebuild was due. Cam is cleaning the crapper instead of trying to polish a turd.

I love everything about our team right..we will compete this year for the playoffs,,,if daunte comes back healthy we will be a lot of fun to watch
