Give me a candidate you would actually, realistically want as our Offensive Coordinator. It cannot be a coordinator on a good NFL team currently or a college HC.

Just curious for those of you ready to kick Gailey out the door.


I'm not opposed as long as we have someone in mind, but wouldn't want us to let him go or have him leave without having a realistic option.

Don't understand this. I'm just trying to discuss potential candidates. This is not a thread to discuss the Dolphins current offense, just how you would like to see it evolve potentially.

At the end of the day, Chan is 68 and probably won't be here more than 2 more years max, so this is an important conversation before we decide when is best to move on depending on who we can bring in.

Was not a bashing thread at all

I did understand what you intended, but do you really beleive this won't descend into a Gailey bash?

I guess I'm just a little put off by the thread we just had concerning the AL coordinate that was nothing more than mental masturbation, about a guy that had zero connection to the organization. I don't mean personal connection, but zero reported interest by either party.

It ended up being a discussion that had absolutely nothing to do with the Dolphins.

My apologies. I'll delete the meme. It was meant in humor.

You aren't on your way to some kind of postal killing spree, I hope...
 
I have to be honest. I don't want a new system for TT next year. I'm also not "down" on Chan, as are many others.

Should Flo decide to go a different direction, I want someone with NFL experience. Not necessarily an ex coordinator, but at least an assistant, or position coach that has been in the league for more than a cup of coffee.

What I really think will happen, is Gailey stays one more year, and then we promote from within.
