He might bring back sherman, lol!

Holmgren is garbage.

Look at what he did with the Browns.

He was like a part time guy

I would be OK with Holmgren, but ONLY if he agrees to be the coach and NOTHING but the coach.

No front office cronyism, and no draft input beyond suggestions for what type of qualities he wants in a player to fit his offense.

I like him but being out of the league for so long is a negative IMO. What is he doing currently?

The first option should always be to offer a blank check to Nick Saban.

If you can not get Saban you start considering what your options are.

The first call you should make should be to Dan Reeves. Even if he turns the job down, you should ask for his opinion.

After that dial up Marty and see if he is interested in having the team play some MartyBall. If you still do not have a coach after that, you are pretty much screwed. At that point, calling Tom Izzo and seeing what he thinks about changing sports might be your best bet. It would be even better if you could get Robert Montgomery Knight to put the fishing pole down for a few years.

martyball or bust

Holmgren is a great head coach but he's horrible at personnel.

I want uptempo. I want a coach that builds his entire team around running an uptempo and doesn't let anything dissuade him from that. Like Chip Kelly. Even when they were down 21-0 it felt like no thang for their offense to come back from that, even with Stinkchez back there. Give Chip Kelly an elite QB like Luck or Wilson, and run his uptempo in the Miami heat and I don't see how he'd ever lose a home game. In fact, under those circumstances going undefeated in a season might become a favorite to happen.
