I'm with you dude. I wear a large shirt, and all my jerseys are huge on me. I have to tuck the sides in just so it looks okay. Even if you like your clothes baggy, still go with the same size shirt you wear. Jerseys are like an extra big shirt size wise.

I'm not sure how baggy you want the jersey...but, for reference I'm around 5'11", 185 pounds and wear either a L or XL t-shirt. I bought a size 52 authentic jersey (the website said the 52 was the XL) and it was absolutely enormous...like to my kneecaps and the end of the sleeves rest halfway between my wrist and elbow. I also bought an XL replica jersey (the $70 Reebok ones they sell all over the place), and it fit much better...but, still pretty "baggy".

So, I'd say either buy the same size as your t-shirts (which will still be a bit bigger than your everyday t-shirts) or even buy a size smaller if you want it to be closer to the size of your regular t-shirts. I could be wrong, but this is what I've experienced; hope it helps.

I wear XL t-shirts and an XL jersey. I like the extra room to wear a t-shirt UNDER the Jersey since in the fall in the northeast when football season is going on, it's colder.

with authentics it depends on the position and if the jersey is a like a QB sleeve or regular. I have a randy moss one that is very long..A ricky pro bowl one that is shorter but kinda wide lol..And a McNair that fits like a big tshirt because of the sleeves..if you like them baggy get your actual sz but going down one sz wouldnt hurt either.

like most people have said, the jerseys are usually bigger. I am 5'7, 165 pounds and wear L t-shirts (pretty loose-fitting). I have 4 jerseys that are all L (size 50) and they're even more baggy than t-shirts (hang probably 3 inches lower than a large t-shirt).

If you want it just like your shirts, I would suggest going 1 size smaller. I like the extra room though and wear an undershirt with my jerseys.

Just go to the mall and try a jersey on. Then order whatever size fit you best. I wear XL t shirts and wear XL jerseys (52). The jersey is big but I like to wear my jerseys baggy and I also wear a t shirt under them. I am 5-10" 210lbs.
