There is a strong possibility that Knowshon is available at #25. The teams that are in need of a RB are located later in the 1st round...like Arizona...who covets Knowshon.

At #25 Moreno would be the BPA.....could the trifecta possibly pass up an offensive weapon like that. Especially considering Ricky's age and contract expiring after this year?

Or

Could they use Knowshon as a ploy to get the Cardinals to trade up, or trade picks for the player after we draft them?

I want Darius Butler, but NE might snag him at 23.

Would you guys be upset if we drafted Moreno? before you knock his speed.....please see his film and his attitude towards team. Moreno is a Emmitt/Terrell Davis type player who is more elusive. But his hands are emmitt like.
 
I am hoping that one of the backs slips to #25, so some teams will look to trade up and get a RB. Maybe it is the Browns, maybe it's the Eagles (if they don't go RB with their first pick in round 1) It would be ideal to trade back a couple spots and pick up an additional 3rd or 4th and still get the player the FIns FO wants.
The Fins do not need another running back.
 
NE will also take a long look at moreno IMO, i doubt he will pass through their pick because they either will be interested, or they will be taking/making phone calls to trade that pick (they're so good at doing that, those ****ers)
 
i would be happy if we drafted moreno i think he is the best player in the draft, ricky is about done and ronnie needs a sidekick
 
I would try to trade down for an extra pick if another team has the hots for Knowshown...maybe a later first round pick for us for a third rounder???
 
yeah if it was for a trade but not to keep...and not that he isnt worthy of that pick its just not what this team needs in my opinion
 
I would prefer to trade down to a team that wants him.
BUT...
If he is there and we cant get the deeal we want..... Sure.....I would be ok with picking Him.

plus, He is a Jersey kid
 
I would hope that someone would call the Dolphins in hopes for a trade up for Knowshon, thus resulting in a move down for Miami and more draft picks.
 
who would want to trade up for him, it would have to be someone to trade up before Zona, but why wouldnt that team just wait and trade with another team for cheaper
 
I'd be very upset. That little pipsqueek is very overrated.

The Dolphins could do just as well with Ian Johnson in the 6th and he returns kicks as well.

However, I do think the Dolphins will draft Rashad Jennings if he slides into the 3rd. They may even trade up to get him.

I could see Ricky Williams yet being traded to clear the way for a youngster and clear that 3.5 mil in cap.
