Nope. Chambers would have been traded or cut and Miami still would have drafted Ginn I think. I think the only way they would have taken Quinn was if Ginn was off the board and the only way they might not have taken Ginn was if Levi Brown reached them (god I remember getting mocked for saying Brown could be gone before Miami picked back in like Feb ;p ).

No, I think Cam was sold on Beck over Quinn before the draft. (I am now as well!) I really don't think he would have drafted much differently if the Dolphins had signed Stallworth.

I don't think that it necessarily means that we would have picked Quinn. If you believe that the Randy and Cam had Beck rated just as high or higher than Quinn, then I don't believe that they take Quinn.

As for whether we would still take Ginn, that's a good question as Stallworth and Ginn seem to have very similar qualities and would take on similar roles. My guess would be that we would not take Ginn and pick P. Willis or something like that.

Haha.. thats where i was getting at... And, Cam didnt have him higher than Brady Quinn. All i wish was that Adrain Peterson would have dropped two more spots and, the vikings take quinn. That would have gave us so much leverage its crazy! That and i believe Adrain Peterson will be the best back in football come 3 years from now. O, well it didnt happen.

Yeah. Thanks god we did not get Stallworth, I wanted him but he will snap his hammy in NE anyways, I was also on the Brady Quinn brandwagon, and was made at #9 pick, but Ginn was my #2 option and I loved it, and also John Beck is doing way better than Quinn now. Quinn has no THA whatsoever.

Not according to all the media...they had Beck rated higher than Quinn...I think they would have taken Ginn anyway because he was the 'highest' rated player on their board at the time. I don't think they really wanted Stallworth anyway. I think fans wanted Stallworth, but not too sure Cam-Mule did...

Peterson might have been an interesting option...I can see taking Ginn even if we had Stallworth, but I can't see them taking Peterson since we have Brown. It might have been a curious decision. Peterson is more like LT than Brown is. But one thing that isn't accounted for is the ineptitude of previous staffs to utilize all of Browns talent...something we haven't seen yet...something that Cam will likely do...
