and he has a return to some semblance of what he was with the Bengals, what do you think of our receiving corp and our chances this year?

If Chad plays like he did in Cincy then we have a pretty good #1 Wr and he will open up alot of things for others..but remeber Ocho had 2 other good WR's in Cincy and Carson Palmer in his prime....Miami's next 2 guys are not as good as the Bengals next were and Carson Palmer was regarded as an Elite Qb at the time...So to me if Chad goes off our ceiliing would be around 9 and 7?

Chad is not going to be the number 1 WR.

Have you missed out on the entire off season?

The issue for me isn't about Chad being stifled but of him forcing Philbin, the OC or the rookie QB to deal with his infantile BS all season long. AS long as he is a pro, which it looks like he just learned to be last year we should be OK.

He won't be the focus of the offense, especially not based on what he did years ago though. If he is, that means we are in the cellar.

As long as he is pissed about his time in NE and decides to get back at NE 2 times a year, its a good signing for me. Plus if Philbin can get a successful year (800yds 5/6TDs) out of Ocho then it would also be a nice jab at Billacheat and it would give Philbin some instant credibility.

Who's going to be the #1 WR if NOT Ochocinco?
Who annointed Tannehill as the starter?
How do you know that Ochocinco won't be the focus of the offense?

It seems to me that you are confusing your prejudices with facts. None of these three things have been decided yet, and probably won't be until as late as some time in TC.

Hard Knocks!!!

As a Bills fan, will you be watching or could you care less?

They are not going to force the ball to one WR, the coach has gone over that a number of times so far. West coast offense means the QB reads a progression and based on who's open and which step his feet are on, the ball goes out.

Who said anything about Tannehil being the starter? Read what I wrote again. I didn't say anyting about starting QB. They are a team, that means the offense practices together and are in class rooms together when they are not on the field.

So, you think the entire offense that Philbin has come up with along with his OC, and all the work they've done to this point will be remodeled now that they have Chad the superstar?

I think you are the one with the prejudice, not there is anything wrong with that. :rolleyes2:
