What is the name of the tasty treat when a defensive linemen does that to Dallas Thomas? Because that is what I propose we should call him after the game today.

Not at all. Our o-line is about as tough and physically dominant as a boy-band! I was trying to think of a word that has been invented for when Dareus and Company flatten Dallas Thomas on a consistent basis.
