SOS is where it will be determined cuz oak Ari miami and tenn all have 1 win and Da Browns

When teams have the same record the order goes by strnegth of schedule. Whoever had the easiest schedule drafts first and so on.

There is your answer i couldnt cut and paste it correctly but it looks like Miami would picking 3rd currently if the season ended it today....

Anyways I hope Miami tanks the rest of the season so that they can pick up Calvin Johnson from Georgia Tech....He looks like he is the real deal there is no quarterback or other impact player that is worth consideration than this great college wide reciever...

It doesn't go by that. Since the Dolphins SOS is lower then those other two teams, the Dolphins are currently in the #1 spot.

Head to head and all other tie breakers don't matter when two teams have the same record. Just the SOS. Miami beat Cleveland in 2004, and they both ended up 4-12. Yet since Miami had a better SOS(meaning their schedule was easier), they were given the #2 selection and Cleveland got the #3 selection.

If the season ended today, Miami would pick #1.
