If the Phins win the next two games, would everyone still be as pessimistic?

I wouldn't look past this game vs. the Steelers. If Miami loses this game, do you honestly think they can beat any of their next 4 opponets? All in the division, all hate Miami, all but 1 in the Division hunt. And yes, all with a chip on their shoulder.

Like I said in another thread, I have faith in my buddy McIntosh. This guy is a good football player, IMO. My next door neighbor, me and Damion have all played the game together before. Just now, he's a helluva lot bigger and wiser as a pro. He'll make some holes for Gordon.

On a different site at the end of the preseason I posted that I would not pass judgement on the team until the fourth game was played. Despite the fact that I generally was not an "optimist", and despite the two pathetic games that have been played thus far. So you ask about two wins, I'll let you know when it happens. Don't think I could answer your question now. Still too many variables for me. If the line gets its act together I will be happy. If Gordon shows he can run in addition to catch, I will be more confident. If AJ settles down than I will be excited because he has a great arm. If the Offensive coaches get over their personal demons and start calling more appropriate plays (and our new players get adjusted enough to the system to actually carry them out) I will start to entertain real wishful thinking. If DW doesn't get in the way of the Offensive coaches... IF... IF... IF...

Gimme till game four is over, with all these problems but the very real excuse of a horrible off-season leaving a million question marks, I think it is fair.
