they had a chance for him before the trade. as of now can we use him as leverage for extra picks?

why dont we threaten everyone who wants Willis, Brown, Landry, or anyone else that falls to us at 9 that has value? Adrian Peterson maybe? god i love this #9 pick. It could be a doosy.

Thing is, we do have a serious interest in Brown. We've had three meetings with him, so there has to be a strong interest.

i totally agree on that. if you say, you have no interest in a player, you loose the leverage to squeeze extra picks out of other teams. so why would you say something like this? maybe you are afraight, someone would trade up to get your guy, so you say you don´t like him. htat will keep other teams from trading up for brown!

What makes you think we are not interested?

Because the newspaper said so?

Please, be very cautious this time of year of believing what you read in the fish wrap, actually, you should always doubt what your reading.

well yeah this team desperately needs an LT. i dont think Alabi is gonna be our franchise LT. But then again id hate to draft Levi, and then see that Alabi is a good LT. people say that Alabi did well against Indianapolis that last game. i think right now we need to draft A center, Josh Beekman seems perfect. if we want to draft an LT, we should draft one in the 3rd or 4th...because we cant put Alabi down...he has potential

Possibly. He's certainly had a good off-season and has that versatility to play inside at C or at G.

:sidelol: Dude, you just made me snarf.

Why be civilized when we can turn the nfl draft into our own personal reign of terror and improve the talent on our roster?
