if we dont resign ronnie brown

yeah I for one have always supported him i think he is one of the best in the game...hell if my buddy a diehard patsie fan can say he thinks ronnie is top 5 then thats sayin something

Why do you think we wouldn't resign him????? :rolleyes2:

i know well franchise tag him for sure

i think this game showed that joey porter is kinda expandable due to wake

but anyways ronnie brown doesnt even have that much wear or tear on him he hasnt gotten a lot of carries during his career hes still young for his age in rb years.

i wont have the same respect for the dolphins!

what more can he do??? hes just amazing!

We would all love to keep him but if he demands a ridiculous contract...can we really pay him? Yeah I would say pay him whatever he wants but he has been injured for a lot of his career and they were major injuries. I really hope he comes back but I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't sign him (if he asks for too much). Perhaps we can Franchise him and see if he cna stay healthy for one more year than pay him

He will want top 3 running back money
is he worth 7-8-9 million a year when
you could get 70-80% production for 10% the money????

tough decision...but I don't think mgmt would pay that kind of money....but that being said they did give Crowder a nice nest egg when he resigned

We pretty much have to resign him. He is the focus of our offense. Ricky has one more season left after this one. If we dont resign him, than it'll be a major blow to our entire offense.

Who the hell is gonna run the wildcat next year if Ronnie is gone? Extend him now, we don't need more holes on our roster.

He had one serious injury and hasn't missing near as many games as alot of running backs do by this point in his career.
2005 - missed one game
2006 - missed three games
2007 - missed nine games (major injury, ACL)
2008 - missed zero games

He needs to be a Dolphin as long as he's playing football in the NFL.
