If We End Up With A Top Five Draft Pick Next Year...

If, for whatever reason(s), we end up with a top five draft pick next year, who are some of the prospects we should focus on?
 
Jake Long and to alot of scouts he isnt a top 5 pick but keep an eye on Jared Gaithers...The guys are both LT who we need to get to block for Beck.

mark my words .. we wont havea top 10 pick next year let alone a top 5
 
One publication I read has the Houston Texans taking McFadden with the 1st pick, then with the 2nd pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Miami Dolphins take:

Miami didn't address the offensive tackle position in April, which is something I think they will regret by Week 8. However, given their drafting habits, they'll probably take a long snapper or something instead.


I don't think we will have a top five pick, maybe top ten. Then 2008 we win the whole enchilada. :)

honestly, how do people think we got worse this season? taking a WR instead of a QB who wouldn't have played this year anywaay is not gonna suddenly make us worse
 
i completely agree, as much as passing on quinn dissappointed me, i knew he wouldnt contribute much this season unless this year became a complete washout.... at least with ginn he'll be on the field with a chance to break games open, even if its only on special teams

in terms of drafting, i hope the fins go o-line next year in the first round and CB in the second round

the only reason you won't have a top 5 pick, is if you trade down. That's not even me being a homer, i think you will have to duke it out with KC for the number 1 overall.
 
the jets had a good year last year that means according to history they will picking in the top 5 AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Sam Baker - I thought Sam Baker was better then Levi Brown.
 
jake long. he is suppose to be better than joe thomas. but i doubt we will even have top ten pick
