Then i guess in the draft we wouldnt need a back up QB anymore correct???? If we do pick one up i hope we draft Michael Robinson from PSU i love this guy everyone is sleeping on him. He can play wr too. So we could use him, but i doubt we will draft a qb in the draft now if harrington gets traded tonight or early tommorow morning. But Harrington should be a dolphin by the end of tonight or early tommorow morning.
 
If we get Joey Heatherton, then we need a backup QB even more in the draft...to keep him off the field.

cleo lemon will outperform harrington and is being groomed to be dauntes backup. harrington is a one year deal that benefits both sides- exposure for him, time for daunte to heal - harrington has game time under his belt, but lemon will outplay him in preseason. I think so anyways, lol as you can see I really like Lemon, i live in san diego and watched him play some.

actually its a two yr deal. thats why he likes us over the bengals
 
i understand its a two year deal, but hes a young qb and hes not signing with us to be a bench rider for two years and then try to start again. hes coming because theres a good chance hell start a good number of games this season and establish himself as a decent qb, so that he can get a bigger contract with a team to be a starter. i have great difficulty imagining he has already decided hell be a bench player for the rest of his career. its probably a two year deal where he can opt out of the second year.
 
Hopefully if he plays for Daunte the first couple of games he does really well then we can trade him for a 2,3,4 next year

thats a joke. the kid has skill, didnt show it or prove it. but im sure cleo is better. im sure brock is better. hey wait, how many starts to cleo and brock have in the NFL??? btw NFL does not = NFL EUROPE. :fire:
 
joey is a pretty good qb in the rite system i think he could be very good with him and d.culppper we have maybe the best qb duo......:dolphins:
 
Aside from that, could you imagine Culpepper and Robinson on the field at the same time, switching roles? The play action possibilities in combination with Ricky and Ronnie? Ooh, that gives me chills.

Joey is going to out perform cleo and ill tell you why....... First of all joey has something to prove he wants the fans here to eat there words, secondly joey is a good quarterback who will only get better here in miami, thirdly in miami we have recievers who can catch i see joey throw balls to wide open recievers in nearly every detroit game and i see them all cause i live an hour from detroit..... its not all joey every reciever in detroit is suppose to be the best,every one of them is a first rounder and yet they let atleast a half dozen balls drop every week it hurts to watch.... which is why milllen canned the mooch he shouldnt have stopped there though he should have fired himself:fire:
