Still think getting a healthy Manning is too good to be true, but if it happens, it will be interesting to see if we go w some type of WC offense that Philbin is comfortable w, or whether Manning will demand they install the same O he commanded in Indy. This could be a factor, though I can't see Philbin getting stubborn about it should Manning indeed want to come here.

I was curious about this myself. can someone confirm this but the colts dont play a west-cost system correct?

Whatever Peyton wants it to be...

We will have two offenses. Peytons O and the one that Moore and Tannehill run. Thats what Philbin and Sherman will work on. lol.

The Colts were primarily a one(1) back, two(2) wide receivers, and a flex tight end. Not quite a 1 back, 3 WR like Dennis Erickson ran.

When you have Manning as your QB, he pretty much is running the show.

Well I get what everyone is saying, basically that Manning will run whatever offense he wants to run, but I think that may be simplifying it a little bit. Sherman and Philbin have obviously been around a while, and to think they will just say "hey, whatever you want Peyton", may be a bit of a stretch.

Coach Philbin will run the WC Offense... Why would his philosophy change for one OLD guy???? He probably will tweak the offense with what Manning does best and what gives us the best chance to score points with Manning behind center.....
