Not necessarily from what I've read he called plays to tebows play style which was different from the offense he ran before tebow started

He was terrible with a mediocre QB in Orton...

1-4 with Orton as his QB in a conventional offense. 7-4 with Tebow when the defense was playing out of their minds. The major difference between Tebow and Orton was that Tebow didn't turn the ball over. I'm sure you all remember the game against Denver this year where we were winning 15-0 and their defense was keeping them in the game until Tebow somehow got lucky in the last 5 minutes of that game.
Sorry, there is nothing that I've seen from McCoy that tells me he's ready to be an NFL head coach. There isn't even anything that tells me he's a good offensive coordinator. I would much rather interview the OC from the Houston Texans than McCoy.

If hired, it will be because he showed the ability to adapt and fit a scheme around the talent at his disposal. It will not be because Miami wants to run a single wing style of system.
