do we put in henne?? or wait till we can put him in a winning situation (next season or seasons from now)??

well im just bringing up possibilities.. there is NO way we lose sunday but i just want to talk about stuff..

I think we might play him more but i dont know about starting him we still want to win and pennington gives us the best chance to do that

i dont see henne starting a game this year. the coaching staff (and myself included) have faith in penny. hes our guy for now.

All season I have been keeping my perspective. I was never quite sure of a win against ANY team we have faced but I have been upbeat by saying, we can beat any team in the NFL on a good day.

But sunday- if we lose Sunday, you have bigger things to worry about than putting Henne in. It would be a sure sign this team is imploding and we have all seen what happens to Rookie qbs thrown into starting when your team is in the initial stages of imploding- its usually not a pretty sight.

If you are looking for Henne to come in- then cheer for Miami to be up
38-0 at halftime. There is when you see him for the first time and hopefully not a second before.
:woot:

Hene wont be starting for this team for a while, as long as Penny stays healthy. All the posting and begging and wishful thinking wont make Sporano believe Henne is ready. Henne will have his turn but I think it wont be for a few years.

I have no doubt if the game was won by the 4th quarter it would be a little nuts for them NOT to pull Pennington. Could you imagine the fan outrage and questions Sparano would have if we were close to securing a playoff position, up by 30 points in the 4th quarter and we lose Pennington to an injury for the rest of the year?

But unfortunatly we seem to play down or up to our competion so the above senario might not occur this year but still... Never say never.

HOWEVER i think there is about a zero percent chance they pull Pennington because we lost a game or because we are eliminated from the playoffs, that ship sailed as soon as we broke 500

Totally agree.

Maybe a better question would be, if we are winning by too much do you think henne with get to play? but yeah i think we are ahead by enough, henne should see the field.

We will NOT lose against the Rams...boy what an ugly thought. Positive thinking guys. Go Dolphins!!!!!!!!!!

We shown we are capable of losing to not good teams and beating good teams. Its why we play the game - there are no gimmies (unless your playing Detroit). Let's not forget the thrashing that St Louis put on a confident Dallas team.

I hope we are up by 3 touchdowns and let Henne play the 4th quarter. I want to see what he can do.

St.Louis was playing real good ball when all their guys we're healthy, I never really understand how people think we "should" beat anybody let alone blow out a team.
I think it will be a good game with us pulling away in the fourth but we need to contain S.Jackson in order for that to happen.
