If we win on Sunday against Jax who is coming off of a big win ... I will stop bagging on Joey ...but i honestly dont think he'll pull it of...Go Defense!

Which begs the question...Who do u think wins us or Jax?

If we beat Jax, then it will just prove that we should be in the playoff hunt. Like I said in my other post, if we have a shot we got to beat the teams in front of us.

As for your question, we're going to have to run the ball. Garrard is better than Leftwich imo, he's bigger, more accurate and even more mobile. I can even compare him to a watered down Culpepper. A very low-scoring game, but we have a longer week to prepare. I like our shots.

I didnt bash Joey at all this week because he played very well.

If we win next week and has a poor performance I will say something about that, if we lose next week and he plays well I wont say anything bad about him.

Team performance doesnt always show how good an individual is playing

I bashed Joey and will continue to bash him untill I see a 3-4 TD game with 300+ yards and 0 INT. I have never watched a game like that in his career and I dont see it changing in the future.

Seriously man...you should just stop bagging on Joey now and save yourself further embarassment. Dan Marino is retired man! And even Bill Parcells will tell you that franchise QB's do not grow on trees, nor can you just make a phone call and buy one. Joey is the best QB that has played for the Dolphins since Marino retired. If he had started from day 1 we would be about 8-3 or so looking like the serious contenders most predicted us to be. Saban dropped the ball when he started Daunte over Joey to start the season but I can understand his logic. Joey has won 4 straight and has improved in every single game since taking over the reins. Had he gotten the reps in training camp and preseason he would not have been so rusty.

It is still my job to keep bashing Scarrington, in hopes of not jinxing our winning streak. I think our defense will beat the jags for us, but the offense and Scarrington will have their work cut out for them. The jags shut down Tiki and Manning last week, so I think this will be a low scoring affair. The defense will hopefully get a few turnovers, and get some points on the board for us. I am excited about our streak, and the last month of the season separates the men from the boys. Lets hope Scarrington has a few more good games to increase his trade value. The jets would be interested in a trade, and quite a few other teams. If we get a first rounder for him in the offseason we will be set in the draft.

Trade Culpepper.

everybody now, dont worry be happy man, we are winning a entire month just went by and we won every week, just feel good,

The biggest key to this game will not be the play of Harrington but Miami's ability to limit Gerrard's scrambling. I've watched some Jags games lately and every time he takes off with the ball he seems to pick up a first down. We need to spy him. If we control their running game and keep Gerrard in the pocket things will be tough for the Jags offense. The coaching staff should study whatever it is the Texans do when they play the Jacksonville becuase whatever it is, it works.

Yeah, I think JT will have to have a great game. Last year we had alot of success with mobile QBs by blitzing the safeties more, but this year I don't think our secondary is good enough to do that. If not our ends and LBs will have to keep him contained.

I Saw A Post About The Revenge Factor It Must Continue With The Jags!!!!

They Drop More Passes!! Qb Runs Too Much (no Brunell< Leftwhich)

Miami 27- Jags 10

Man I think that our secondary is BETTER now than last season. After we made the switch to starting Bell our secondary has been playing lights out for the most part. JT is playing better than he ever has, Matt Roth is showing signs of being a Pro Bowl DL one day...soon I think. Will Allen and Goodman have been the best duo we have had since Sam Madison and Pat Surtain. Jason Allen has been a pleasant surprise by playing adequate and even kinda good in his limited yet increased playing time recently.

So according to that logic Bob Griese musta been a total flop. I don't think he had a single 300 yard game in his career. If you think a QB has to throw for 300 yards and 4 TDs every week to be a good QB you really don't understand football. Players that put up those type of numbers, like Marino, Manning, Moon, etc rarely win SBs. It is more important to be a game manager and leader and make plays when you have to than it is to lead the league in passing.
