...in this next draft, but sit him for a season to learn, would you be in favor of keeping Frerrotte an extra year or try and plug someone else in ?

That is basically the scenario that Cincy took, and Palmer seems to be the "Real Deal". Should we do the same ?

Its amazing to me that people have nothing to say about CC today. He sucked. He is way overpaid. He should be cut. I would trade Philly right now for TO. CC is no good and now is a rich man. I am so pissed he sucked so bad and he has completely lost any kind of recognition that he has recieved in the past from me.

Gus is not a bad player but he is not going to win us many games either...I would draft a QB next year and work him in until he is ready to start.

No.. Id rather we just throw the season away and give the rook VALUABLE experience rather than throwing the season away by giving Frerotte more time to be mediocre.. (Not anything about today, today he played good enough to win, but throughout the year, he has been a liability.)

Yes, get your QB of the future, give him preseason snaps, coach him up each week, let another QB direct the offense while he is learning...just like Marino. Then turn over the reigns and let the new QB drive this team to success.

When a veteran doesn't work, you cut him and move on. I don't know who we are gonna get next year, but I'm all for anything different because at least we'd have tried. And I don't know if there are many Qbs of the future in the next draft, I'm thinking our QB for next year at least is on another team.

Or let him play and suck that first year... but learn and be better the next year (AKA PEYTON MANNING)

are you blind. how do you not see the millions of "chambers sucks" posts?

Matt Leinart would be great if we can get him. How we can do it I'm not sure exactly.
