If you could only fire one who would it be. Sherman or Ireland. Me personally I would fire Sherman. I think his lack of creativity on offense is a major problem. Just things like not rolling qb to left or to right or putting guys in motion to cause matchup problems. Why not motion Wallace around put him in slot and things like that. Watching other teams it seams like they run alot of rub routes to get guys open. I see none of it. Now I'm not a Ireland fan but I do believe we have some talent and with better offensive play calling we should have won another game or 2.
 
Wow, never even though of firing either of them. This must have come out of left field since we have never seen a thread about their unemployment.

Well truthfully you don't gotta respond. You can move on with you're bull**** sarcasm and have a nice day. I was just curious as to if it could only be one who would people pick.

Whoa, testy testy. Don't post something on the Internet if you aren't ready for somebody to post something in return you don't like. Especially a topic that has played to death around here.

I'd pick Sherman. Ireland has done a good job keeping our cap healthy and bringing in good players for the coaching style. If he were fired now odds are Philbin and the whole coaching staff would be gone. This would slow Tannehill development and we would be back to starting all over again. Then, after two 7-9 seasons this forum would be calling for the head of that new gm.
 
Fire Ireland.
I don't know how fairly we can judge any of the coaches with the level of talent they have to work with.
