last year the D. gave up a lot of plays. Games that they were ahead late and lost. So it wasn't all on Henne. Hopefully the D. got a little better this year.

Of course the D has gotten better. No big losses, another year under the younger players belts, JT for support/experience/open up Wake a bit, healthy line, burnett at ILB. I can't wait to see this D in action. We are going to have a top notch D for atleast a few more years. They just have to give Henne more opertunites to score points. If we only intercepted half of our dropped ones, we probably wouldve won atleast 2 more games. I cant wait to see teams trying to run on us.

A new offensive scheme cannot make up for what Henne lacks.

I remember 2 aspects of our d that sucked. Our LB coverage of other teams TE's, and S Smith dropping soooooo may picks! Fixing those 2 things would be a huge upgrade.
