OK, I got to get you people off this Kool Aid before it kills you.
1 - Let me address this idea that a bad coach learns from his mistakes and will be better with his second team. I got two words for you: Dave Wannstedt.
2 - If you think the Phins players are demoralized now under Wannstedt, imagine how they'll feel when/if Spurrier is introduced. Spurrier has the worst reputation you can have in the NFL. He quit on a team. What scuttlebutt do you think the Phins players will get from Skins players??
This guy was so far out of his league its not funny. IF you took him as HC I honestly think it would stop you from attracting good talent.
