Im so sick of all the NEGATIVE B.S.!!

I read thread after thread about how bad our front office is, how much of an incompetent dud Tannenbaum is, for Christ sake I just read a thread on Adam Gase being trash and we need to stop making excuses for him!! What is wrong with you people???!!!!! This team just had an incredible year and we were missing at least 6 insanely critical players/playmakers! In one year we went from a laughing stock to a scary, tough, fast-rising team that clearly will be moving closer to elite starting next year! Not one of you knows the true daily duties of Tannenbaum but from what we do know, I find it incredibly moronic to criticize his most recent work. This team is now respectable from top to bottom and he obviously has a lot to do with that.

Now Im not sure I should even address the negative comments towards Gase but it made my blood boil just reading it. The guy was a ROOKIE headcoach, and the youngest head coach in the league. The guy out-coached and out-classed pretty much everyone we faced besides the Patriots! How can anything negative be said about this guy? Did you guys NOT enjoy being relevant again? Did you not enjoy having games that mattered every single week? My god its impossible to make some of you guys happy!!!

This team is good! This team will be really good when we get our current players healthy! And this team is gonna be ELITE with a few more additions and another decent draft or two!! Please for the love of God give these guys a break! Give them a round of applause and some thanks for giving us an enjoyable season again! Give them a thumbs-up for all but guaranteeing even MORE of this improving up-trend going into next year! Im so sick of the whining and complaining. Enjoy the ride for Gods sake, we MATTER again!

Im PROUD to be a Dolphin fan for the first time in a long time. I enjoy talking to fans of other teams and hearing them say were a team to watch out for...Now if only we could get that same mindset from our own damn fanbase! My God people, be grateful!!!

I agree. A lot of fans on this site don't know how to handle success apparently. It's like they're playing madden and need pro bowlers at every position. Criticism of Tannenbaum is no longer warranted. Gase looks like a top 5 coach in the league. I too am once again proud to be a dolphan. The future looks bright for the first time in a long time.
 
Might help to check the date on some of those threads and actually read further than the OP. Just saying.
 
Ya.. check the date on the Gase thread.. it was bumped.
 
Ok I might have been wrong about the timing of the Gase thread but even so, at that time the criticism was still premature. The point Im making is that I came on here to find a thread on available free-agents just so I could mess around andfigure out what options are realistic at guard and LB and see what kind of depth we may be able to cheaply acquire and as usual I see a bunch of complaints so like it or not I felt like voicing my "positive" view on things in hopes that maybe we can all jump on board with our team that would likely benefit from some positive reinforcement. I just hate being so happy just to come to our team fan site and see complaint after complaint. I personally feel like there should be zero complaints regardless of our obvious faults. It should be filled with happiness and thanks. Just my opinion. I effing LOVE this team. And OMG when Reshad Jones gets back and we add a LB like Ingram for example....oooooooooooooh were gonna be nasty! !!
 
You have to realize many of us here have been here since the early 2000's. This team has been mediocre to awful for almost 15 years now. And there have been mirages before in Sabans first year, Sporanos first year, and even Philbins second year. Trust and respect is earned not given overnight. We are definitely going in the right direction but there is work to do still. #finsup

I understand human nature . . . the inclination to see one side as right. The problem I see in my short time here is the number of posters who can't see the middle ground. 'baum, for example. Drives me crazy with his moves up and some of those high priced moves. OTOH, he has made some good moves, I doubt Gase hated Carroo, and I doubt 'baum drafted players without input. Yet, some blame 'baum ONLY for bad selections. Or Gase . . . I'm a Gase fan. I think he's the real deal. But I thought his play-calling was often vanilla and predictable. And I can't believe the guru who helped PManning apparently doesn't teach hot reads to his QB/WRs. And the posts of "Tannehill sucks" or "KA should be All-Pro." Both sides can be a little over the top. Yeah, I'm a fan and I'm optimistic. But, as my username explains, I've been around long enough to have my hopes crushed over and over again. I get the negativity. I DON'T get the EXTREME negativity.

This 100%. I don't like every move Mike makes. But I will give him his due credit. Some on here act as if the man did a crime like raped a child or something and got off. Like WTF!! It is ridiculous. I just hope to never meet people who really harbor such ill will toward other people over some BS that happened in the past. I thought it was easier to give the benefit of doubt than to just walk around hating....guess I was wrong.
 
It's the beginning of the off-season boredom here on the forums. Expect such discussions to continue.
