I kow many of you are still dissappointed with the Jet game, but its over now and we need to prepare for the Cardinals.
Besides just working at getting better at each position what do we need to happen this week for us to have a shot at winning?
IMO:
1. We need for Wilford, Hagan or London to make a difference. I know many of us are down on Ginn, me too a little, however if a team is not worried about the opposite side reciever the safety will roll to Ginn everytime. Now do some of you remember the preseason Saints game, Hagan clearly got behine the CB, Chad got the ball there and its a drop. We need a reciever that can get behind the cb quickly and catch the freakin ball. Who will that be? if the happens, Ginn will get the opportunity to open up.
2. We need the CBs to stop looking at the backfield and keep to their responsibilities and watch the freakin recievers. That is what happened twice against the Jets. The DBs looked in the backfield and lost contact with their responsibilities.
3. We need to pound the ball, if it looks like we cant get it done early then pass early to open the run later. R$R is money in the bank, dont let the duo not cash in.
4. Find a way to get Ricky and Ronnie in the lineup at the same time. Split the backfield do something.
5. Get Ginn moving, he's small, he needs to not get caught on the line by the bigger DBs.
