I kow many of you are still dissappointed with the Jet game, but its over now and we need to prepare for the Cardinals.

Besides just working at getting better at each position what do we need to happen this week for us to have a shot at winning?

IMO:

1. We need for Wilford, Hagan or London to make a difference. I know many of us are down on Ginn, me too a little, however if a team is not worried about the opposite side reciever the safety will roll to Ginn everytime. Now do some of you remember the preseason Saints game, Hagan clearly got behine the CB, Chad got the ball there and its a drop. We need a reciever that can get behind the cb quickly and catch the freakin ball. Who will that be? if the happens, Ginn will get the opportunity to open up.

2. We need the CBs to stop looking at the backfield and keep to their responsibilities and watch the freakin recievers. That is what happened twice against the Jets. The DBs looked in the backfield and lost contact with their responsibilities.

3. We need to pound the ball, if it looks like we cant get it done early then pass early to open the run later. R$R is money in the bank, dont let the duo not cash in.

4. Find a way to get Ricky and Ronnie in the lineup at the same time. Split the backfield do something.

5. Get Ginn moving, he's small, he needs to not get caught on the line by the bigger DBs.

The whole freakin team

This is my list...

1. Ricky and Ronnie: They are supposed to be the best part of our team, let's show it more.

2. Secondary: They let our defense down, it's depressing when opponents' offensive prayers get answered

3. Sparano: Every team loses games, now lets make adjustments and get better, unlike the previous coaching staff.

The key for the Dolphins is going to be the DBs. They need to find a way to shut down Fitz and Boldin.

The weak LB core, the lost tandem opposite of Bell and Allen, any WR, and Ronnie Brown needs to be getting most of the snaps. Bring in Williams on the occassion, and leave Cobbs out except for a play or two a half.

ill tell you the key. we need to hit ginn or bess on the quick slants. if we keep doing that then they will press more and then we can get behind them

I agree with quick slants, and I also think we don't run enough quick hitch routes.

Set the tone early in the game on the first couple drives...get the running game going and don't give up on it to soon.

And I'd say Satele needs to step up..

This isn't hard at all. The biggest thing is obviously DB play. If they don't bring they're A game, Fitz and Boldin will be all over the place. With that being said, pass rush has to be there, that will help out the DB's tremendously because Warner is known to buckle under pressure. R&R Express needs to show up. They were non existent last week and they are the strength of this offense. With that being said, the Offensive Line needs to do a much better job run blocking, because they didn't do too well last week in that department. WR's need to get open this week, they sure didn't last week and it hurt us. LB's need to work on pass coverage. Sure they need to step up the rush defense as well but Edgerrin James is past his prime and I'm much much more scared of the pass attack than the rush attack. Special Teams play needs to improve. I want to see Ginn returning punts and kicks at all times. Don't get me wrong, Bess has looked good with some of his returns but Ginn was brought in here to return and that's what he needs to be doing. Also no more shanked punts and out of bounds kicks either. Chad Pennington needs to start off hot, unlike he did last week. If he starts off hot, that will keep the defense honest and they wont be putting 8 or 9 men in the box the whole game. Ginn needs to be put in motion alot, he's just not strong enough to take press coverage. I also would like to see a few plays with Ronnie and Ricky both in at the same time, ie; one at fullback, the other at halfback. Using this formation should cause some confusion with the defense.

Edit: Oh, bench Crocker, he sucks.

A few things:

Ronnie and Ricky must have good games in order to control the clock
When the secondary has a chance for a turnover, they have to get it
