In a post recently I said I was pulling for the Jets in the playoffs!

And of course I was crucified. However my intent wasn't to be a jet fan but to hope that The Pusy colts would have to meet the jets again and get beat for laying down to them. I dont worry cuz even if that happens I know the chargers will take care of the Jests! But it looks like it may happen that way.

See this is what happens when you rest your players and try and beat the system. You have to pay the piper. I sure hope the Colts win Sunday but it would sure wake up some teams for next year if they beat them at their own game. Play to win the games!!!

If the Colts were gonna be rusty you would think they would have shown it against the Ravens. They looked pretty sharp Saturday and were moving the ball pretty easily against the Jets before pulling their starters week 16. Anything can happen but I think they (the jets) hit the wall this week.

BTW I hate the Jets but it's funny how in collage people still pull for teams in their own conference in bowl games but NFL fans don't pull for teams in there own division.

Florida fans are also SEC fans but Dolphin fans aren't AFC East fans....I just find that strange.

Don, I think the difference is that in the NCAA there are a helluva lot more teams in your conference. In the pros, it's only 3 teams to hate.

For example, I'm a WVU fan. I'll root for the Big East, but NEVER Pitt!

I remember reading almost every PhinFan declaring the one and done Jets. Now we are headed to a AFC champ, first time since 98.

Last time you were this close was what??? 92 with a loss and before that was the early 80's-

There were lots of people that used logic to describe why they were for the Dolphins tanking their last few games to gain draft position. By this same logic, it would be best for the Jets to go to the Superbowl and win it, because that would put them in the worst draft position.

Ergo; They were, or should be rooting for the Jets if they were intellectually honest with themselves.

Yes you won the division last year and were one and done- last year would be the only exception.
