What are the chances we are able to get Michael Crabtree? And how high do you think he will go? Also please list your top 3 hopefull's given our projected spot in the first round...

I'll say we draft 22nd overall...
Crabtree is a top 15 pick, no way he slips past the middling teams like chicago, minnesota, but more likely he's gone in top 10...

so with the 22nd, i wont name anyone i think is a top 15 player...
1. William Moore or Taylor Mays, FS... both are outstanding FS, and with hill a soon to be FA that will see the door, i really like these guys, both are quick to the ball, great tacklers and they get some picks too... taylor mays is soooo fast, and could be one of the best safeties in the league in 1 year... will moore is just mean over the center of the feild, plays tough like a SS but quick enough to run with big play WR's
2. Terrance Cody NT, Alabama... 370 pounds! not fast obviously, but agile enough to make big run stopping plays while taking on 2-3 guys... he'd be such a beast for our run D
3. George Selvie, Everett brown, or ANYONE similar to lawrence taylor and demarcus ware.... another pass rush force will help joeyporter alot, and those pockets will collapse very quickly...

He's a top five, no worse then top 10 pick so I don't see it possible.

1. J.Laurinitis ILB
2. B.Orakpo OLB
3. T.Cody NT (if he declares) / Brandon Spikes ILB

Crabtree is a likely top 10 pick imo and I wouldn't be surprised if by draft day, he goes top 5.

If the season ended today, Miami would have the 16th overall pick in the draft. However, I expect Miami to finish the season either 10-6 or 9-7. That will likely slot Miami with a pick somewhere between #16 and #20.

As for who I would like, I haven't really dove into the 09' draft prospects to much to have a top three for the mid first round. I will have to get back to you after the season and combine.

On NFLDC somebody asked Scott Wright about Miami and WRs in the first. Scott's response talked about how the one guy we'd really want (Crabtree) will be long gone, and guys like Percy Harvin and Jeremy Macklin are Ted Ginn clones. He did say we could go after good ol DHB from Maryland.

Unless Crabtree fails a drug test, beats up his GF, and runs the 40s slower than 4.6, he isn't falling to us

No way we get Crabtree. I think we all know which team is gonna draft Crabtree.

My top 3 prospects for the Dolphins are:

1.Aaron Curry
2.Clint Sintim
3.Greg Hardy

There is always the possibility that he pulls a Brady Quinn or Aaron Rodgers and free falls, but it's not likely. Oakland won't pass on him even though they have much bigger needs.

Hate to burst your bubble but this regime will not use a first on a wideout. Crabtree is a top 10 pick and probably won't fall past Seattle. We'll go linebacker, i am certain, unless there is an incredible value on the board. Heres my top 5.
1. Brandon Spikes, ILB, Florida* (my favorite player in the draft)
2. Greg Hardy, OLB, Ole Miss* (solid all around performer, has some injury conerns)
3. Sergio Kindle, OLB, Texas* (if he declares he's a beast)
4. Clint Sintim, OLB, Virginia (putting up gaudy numbers)
5. Terrance Cody, NT, Alabama* (if he declares he will be a beast but a guy his size, 6-5 375, scares me, could be an injury waiting to happen)
