Do you see us (mostly) keeping the ball on the ground or (mostly) airing it out?

I see us, even with Miller gone, playing our game more conservently- we will run the ball more.

You?

run to set up the pass and pass to set up the run :hump:

Both/Neither. There are enough weapons on offense and apparently a legitimate OL, so I expect Gase to alter the plan for each game.

A well balanced offensive machine...right on!

If the draft is any indication, pass, pass, pass. If Gase is serious about tailoring his offense to the skillset of the players, pass, pass pass. Yeah, I'll go that route.

That's not to say the throws will all be downfield. Gase is going to get creative and accentuate the short to intermediate accuracy of Tannehill. The key is keeping the D off balance, and that involves getting the ball into as many people's hands as possible.

We're always in control and when you say Miami, you're talking Super Bowl cause we're the.........Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins, Miami Dolphins #1.............

Depends if Tannehill says "go" or "go-go"

Think I read he ran >47% last year with Da Bears.. So I believe we will be closer to 50/50 than the last couple years. But I believe our Oline is much better at pass pro, so we shall see

Gase will run more often in each quarter than the Dolphins have in Tannehill"s previous seasons. It will be closer to 50% and we are a lot less likely to abandon the run all together like in the past.

I'm interested in seeing how creative Gase gets with one guard position unfilled and only Albert as a strong run blocker. Ajayi has the skills to convert short yardage and goal line stuff ... if we can open some holes for him.

I still think we pass for the lion's share of touchdowns even if the play calling is closer to 50%. Parker, Cameron and Carol should become large TD contributors this year.

47% would be a great deal more than the 43% we've averaged under Philbin.

[STRIKE]Are you kidding? With our half-witted, noodle armed, sucks canal water through his butt QB, how in the world would we be a pass-heavy offense?[/STRIKE]

I mean, I don't see how we can afford to give Ajayi 25 touches per game with his inexperience and concern over his knees. And Drake may not be able to carry a full load this season. With that being the case, I'm pretty sure we're going to have tons of options in the passing game. As somebody posted before, it's like they're all in on Tannehill being able to take us to the next level. I expect to see a bunch of creative blitzes against us this year, especially if the OL plays better, so Gase is going to have to do a great job IMO.

There's no mostly run or no mostly pass. The best offense uses one to complement the other. The best offense is balanced.

I just wanna see more play action pass play, Tanny thrives in those
