I cannot in good conscience see that Carnell Williams is a candidate for Sunday stud with 37 carries for 158 yards (4.27) and no TD's while Ronnie has 23 carries for 132 yards (5.7) and a TD on a sore hammy. Add to that his 3 receptions for 15 yards and he had 147 total yards to Carnell's 158 on 11 less touches and he scored.

I know it is meaningless what ESPN does, but I still thought it was fairly obvious Carnell touting on this one.

Yeah but Ronnie had a carry of 58 yards which kind of padded his stats a little, while i dont agree that stats can be padded on one carry or catch, i know ESPN will make that case because of their HATRED for the Dolphins, and Carnell's *** will continue to be kissed, as if any one cares.

Well I'm glad that Ronnie played the way he did. He is a special rb. But we have to admit so far Caddie has done a lot better. In 3 games he has already broken an NFL record as the only rook rb to rush for 3 consecutive 100 yard games in his first 3 games. He also has the most yards ever by a rook in his first 3 games. Of course he is playing with a better o-line, and everybody agreed coming out of college he was the rb to be most nfl ready on the onset. Also he didnt missed any time during the pre season.
So lets give credit where credit is due...
All that being said im still very happy with Ronnie. He will be a special rb in this league.

Hmmm so now we don't count the long runs?

Sorry I've never understood this flawed argument.

Whats funny about Caddy's stats is that for his first 20 carries he had 57 yards, he had to get 37 carries to get his yards. He got more carries in this game than Ronnie had in two. The game may still be a little fast for Ronnie, and the only way to fix that is by playing it. Caddy has gotten the chance Ronnie is now getting his and boy did he take off with it. For those that would detract from Ronnies stats due to the 58 yarder then you have to take Caddy's 71 yarder out of his stats and that brings his stat line back to average.

Never understood it either. Long runs are what makes a Rb a gamebreaker. Cadillac has come into the league and played as good as any Rb in game RIGHT now, theres absolutely nothing that anyone can take away from him. He deserves all the attention he is getting, he deserves all the highlights. Ronnie had a great game, hopefully he can keep it up. Are we going to compare Ronnie vs. Caddy every single week? Its getting terribly old. Why isnt Benson in this discussion? He was picked before Caddy too.
