Anyone remember when he said this?

He was right though. In his own way he was trying to rally the troops. That type of approach would not work for Martin. Most of the guys "get it". Martin obviously didn't.

maybe if Incognito had lead by example it would be different but his idea of motivation was to use degrading racial language and crap fantasies. Incognito gave up plenty of sacks but of course in his genius this was the solution to the problem.
Im trying to figure out what this was to accomplish. You know maybe working harder on picking up blocks and assignments might be a weird approach but I think it might have worked better. Saying random idiotic stuff loud is not leadership.

what's wrong with saying what Richie said? he was stating if the o-line didn't improve they should all lose their jobs.....

The statement is not wrong . I agree with that part the idea that saying racist crap would somehow motivate him or to act like he isnt giving up just as many sacks is the part I dont
