Yes, this is how I see it as well. He wants out and wants to keep what they paid him so far

Worst yet, this probably is REALLY all about McKinnie getting signed and playing left tackle than anything to
do with Incognito.

Imo, the timing is no coincidence. He saw it all crashing down and wanted out. The good thing is he is most likely done in Miami. Richie was probably only here for the next couple months anyway, so his exit is a little early but inevitable. They will miss his personality, but there are better fits at his position.

I get along with and have many close friends of all different colors and races, I wish everyone could just get along!

As far as I can tell with the info at hand so did Ritchie,he seemed to be quite close to the rest of his teammates, well most of them. The locker room and these are the men that would know best, seem to defend Ritchie, many of the men interviewed are men of color. Also I would like to actually hear the voice mails so that I can get a better idea of context. The written word as we all know on the internet can be easily misconstrued.
