Incognito files grievance against the Dolphins

It's all news good or bad..............
 
Good. They've taken money out of his pocket when it should have come from Martin's. It was spineless to make the bad choice of asking Richie to do the impossible in toughening up a soft mama's boy and then stand back and watch him being scapegoated, skewered and slandered by the likes of former team cancers, race-baiters, complicit murderers, and junkies. I also hope he starts suing inrresponsible networks and their talking bobbleheads for libel where he can. I know if I were an ambulance chaser, with dollar signs dancing in my head, I'd have already presented my resume to him and his people. And now we know he has "people" because of the considered way he handled himself with Glazer cuz that took coaching.

Richie is about the close the door on the little chance he has at playing again.....The Dolphins handled this poorly and will end up paying Richie and Jonathan big bucks when its all said and done....
 
They'll just end up cutting him. I'm not sure why they didn't just cut him in the first place.

Maybe because it's the wrong thing to do, when they sicc'ed him on Martin and then left him out to dry? Or just maybe a pissed off Richie knows where all the embarrassing bones are buried and will bring everybody down including Martin and his alleged suicide attempts, drug abuse and maybe even blast him out of the closet. Ya think?
 
This is gonna get interesting.... the Dolphins MUST allow him to enter team facilities now.

Think he heads to Nova to say what up to all the boys?

Maybe he can give a nice pregamne speech.. "Go out there and **** in Rhyllis Rivers' mouth, and slap RYan Matthew's real mom in the face"

I think there are certain procedures they have to take.
Also, maybe it bought them a little time to get some more info, instead of cutting him right off the bat?
