This is what I was afraid of and why they should have just fined Incog for the voicemail and paid Martin. NOW the Dolphins are in the middle, with Richie coming at them from one side and Martin coming at them from another. Furthermore, it causes discontent among the players because they see it as their brother Richie against the font office.... This sux!

Cog's left the voice mail, not the Dolphins. He has no case, due to Martin saying he believes he was bullied, because of what Cog's said. This is all grand standing if you ask me. Miami shouldn't be held accountable for his actions. They didn't force him to use the "N" word or make a threat to "Kill". I understand why he filed his grievance, but don't agree.

perhaps filing the grievance is the proper mechanism to get a paid suspension versus an unpaid suspension. his representation is trying to keep his checks coming until the dust settles.
