Put aside whether or not you think he harassed Jonathan Martin, what kind of leader regularly holds offensive line meetings at strip club? The team is on a pace to set a record for most sacks allowed in a season, and you're going over line play and assignments in one of the most distraction-filled places possible? Plus, if players didn't want to meet there, they were fined by Incognito.

This team misses the leadership of Jake Long. Yes, he was oft-injured, but he took his position as a leader very seriously, and you wouldn't have seen this crapfest if Jake Long had mentored Jonathan Martin instead of Incognito.

Richie has played his last down for the Dolphins and I couldn't be happier. He is an immature attention whore who thinks life is just one big party. He never would have been signed by a Don Shula coached team, and for good reason.
