Just watched the interview with Glazer per Fox Sports. Richie said that Martin had previously sent Richie a text where he threatened to kill his entire family. Richie went on to say that he didn't take that as anything but a joke, and that was the way their relationship worked.

The only difference here is Martin saved all his voicemails and texts. Reaffirms my belief that he had an agenda all along.

richie could be lying

Well....the thing is, we don't know that. He could say he said anything. And if I had to guess which guy was more aggressive on the phone, the ticking time bomb alcoholic Incognito, or Stanford rookie Martin,...I'd bet on Incognito.

What else came out in the interview? Was that all?

Incog can request his cell phone company to get transcripts of their text

Im not surprised by this at all, especially when guys say Martin was passing the message along as a joke...

i don't think that cell phone companies keep a database of all sent text messages. that would require an extraordinary amount of storage capacity

at least not for anything longer than a couple of days

I believe they do. Otherwise, why would police request these records from phone companies during investigations.

Heck, during aaron hernandez stuff this summer people were laughing at AH for destroying his phone. Nothing disappears.

I bet voicemails are recoverable for a period of time too.
