Friends, if 6 years of mediocrity ain't enough proof for ya, then consider this:

Mega millions of dollars to spend (pretty much the most in the NFL) and 11 draft picks...

And Miami has more holes today than it had at the end of last season.

And much of the money went to dramatically mediocre players. And one high level WR that is pretty much negated w. the worst OL play in the history of the team.

All that money to spend and all those draft picks -- and the team is worse, across the board?

That's on the GM in the worst kind of way. Raider-esque, really.

And it's just pure, blind luck that this OL didn't get the up-and-coming franchise QB killed. Or mentally wrecked.

If Ryan Tannehill were playing like Russell Wilson, Ireland would look like a genius.

Listen guys, we get it, Ireland needs to go. We don't need a million different posts and threads about this.

Ireland needs to go? Color me surprised.

You think Russell Wilson would succeed here? Give Tannehill that run game, protection, and D, plus that hometown advantage and you'd be saying if only Russell Wilson played like Tannehill.

Sorry bro. I've been away for a few days and haven't kept up.

Sounds like the old Chad Henne/Matt Ryan refrain.

Matt Ryan sure looked good this year with a garbage OL and a bad supporting cast.

#Winless4Winston ! but then of course Ireland prob keeps his job and drafts someone else

The mediocrity fans are out in force.

The dolphins are always right and know everything! LOL

I do agree that Ireland has to go, but at this point what difference will one more year make? If we do well next year all is good, if not then hopefully Ross grows a pair and decides to clean house or sell the team. I know it's not great logic, but at this point, the expectations for this team next year are low, so maybe they do a better with a little less pressure on their backs and a new OC (although I doubt it)
