The author wasn't trolling. Burrow's arm is about akin to Montana's arm (or so the comparison is). What separates Burrow from this group is his ability to make a decision of where to go with the football. He finds the open guy quickly. That was also Dan's strength, along with a quick release.

I think Tom Brady's arm got quite a bit stronger in NFL weight rooms. It can be done, what's a lot harder to teach is the quick release and accuracy. We have the QB that the whole "tank" was about last season. We got our man and did not have to trade picks to move up to get him. After Tua, the draft was about the trenches. On paper, it looks like oline has way more talent and depth, we have 2 dangerous RBs and as our receivers round out to good health we may just beat the dog doody out of some teams. The Dolphins will be a tough out! I'm excited to watch Flo move the defense around the chess board.
