I have been a fan for soo many years, and I agree somewhat with the soft tag. But hear me out, this is not the same as the other threads.

Does this soft tag come from just this current coaching staff or has it been around much longer? To me as a fan it seems like every year, for as long as I can remember injuries have been an issue for our team. It also feels like we have a higher rate than most teams. I know we have some great analytics guys out there that can probably give us some breakdown of how we compare to other teams on injuries.

But are how injuries handleded decided by the coaching staff or medical staff or both I'm not sure? The reason I say that is i am not sure if medical staffs change with the coaching or is that a consistent team agreement with a local hospital?

It’s very hard to determine any responsibility

The way the team practices is a joke imo.

But, whoever allowed Tua, or advised to or who tuned a blind eye to Tua getting up to 245 last year at the end should be fired
It also seems our approach became ultra conservative after that first Tua concossion on Prime. It put us on front street on our medical treatment and protocols.
