Injury Report Is Out

Why isn't Tebucky Jones mentioned. He has a thigh strain again, and I read in a article yesterday that Travares Tillman will be starting in his place.

maybe you read a false report? I haven't seen anything that indicated that Tebucky wouldn't start this Sunday.

I read the report wrong this morning. I must've read it before I had my coffee :goof: , but here is the link I misread, read the paragraph name Tebucky ailing:

http://www.palmbeachpost.com/dolphins/content/sports/epaper/2005/10/05/a3c_finsextra_1005.html

He still should be listed on the injury list, right?
"Tebucky ailing: The hamstring injury that safety Tebucky Jones sustained against the Panthers bears watching. He expects to start against the Bills, but it's the same injury that sidelined him for much of training camp. The Dolphins need him healthy because extended playing time for Travares Tillman would only add to the secondary's shakiness."

Well, I don't see it being as severe as you suggested but maybe he's a quick healer? idk.

I absolutely hate injuries and I am not going to take praise in the fact that the Bills, Jets, and Patriots are plagued with injuries. That would be just messed up, but at the same time I do not feel sorry for them because we've been through an injury riddled season last year worse than I could ever remember. I am very grateful that we have been much more fortuate this year health wise compared to last year. I mean people do tend to forget the fact that we've lost Will Poole, Kevin Vickerson, and Wade Smith to injury before the season's even started but the only seriously injury right now is Junior Seau (assuming TeBucky is almost healthy) and I think that it may be a good sign he is already questionable and not doubterful or out for the game this Sunday compared to how seriously we initially thought the injury is. I'm hoping he gets healthy and gets some snaps this Sunday, he's been a huge part of our D this year and we definitely need him out there, no doubt in my mind whatsover. Even though he's 36 years old, he still is one of the best players on our defense.

I am having to go back on one of my statements from an earlier thread when I said that Seau shouldn't miss any time from this injury........the truth is that he won't be playing this Sunday vs. the Bills (no, I don't have a link......let's just say a little dolphin told me). I still don't believe that the injury is that serious and this game may just be additional time needed to get it back to 100% in order to continue the rest of the season as well as giving our future LBs some much needed experience.
