There is really no such thing as a “final” 53-man roster because teams keep making personnel moves up to and even after the regular season opener.
That said, the Dolphins have the foundation of their 53-man roster in place after the cuts they made Saturday and the one move Sunday that saw them claiming wide receiver
Justin Hunter off waivers from Tennessee and terminating the contract of fellow wide receiver Griff Whalen.
As it stands now, the Dolphins have 22 new players from the group that took the field against the Washington Redskins in the 2015 season opener.
