With yesterdays news of Aqib Talib admitting to having failed multiple drug tests at Kansas he might fall out of the first round and the Fins need a CB so it would be possible although unlikely that Parcells & Co. takes someone that high that has had problems.

I dont want anyone with these issues but in Talib's case he is a pretty good player that would fill a need so its hard to say. James Hardy is a guy that is considered to have "character issues" but still I hope we draft him but only if he falls to our 2b pick or possibly round 3.

One bad apple might spoil the bunch and all you have to do is look at the dissaster in Cincy to see why character matters in this league, they were the next up and coming team a few seasons ago and now their destined for the cellar because their window of opportunity has closed.

We should NOT draft players who have a ...

1. history of drug use
2. arrests for felony crimes
3. major health concern
