Was doing some reading last night after the draft and this is what the Patriots did in the 07' Draft:

1- Meriweather obviously contributed
4th Round pick released
5th Round pick Cut in training camp
1st 6th Round pick - Released
2nd 6th Round pick - Injured Reserve
3rd 6th Round pick - Waived
4th 6th Round pick - Released
7th Round - Released
7th Round - Released

Wow. I never would've expected that. So, they are great at acquiring picks, but perhaps not so perfect when it comes to who they pick.

More like their team is great, and has been great for years. They cant really draft later round guys to be better then what they already have. What they have is already pretty good.

After Walsh meets with Goodell, I hope their entire 2008 Draft is taken from them. That or Belicheat is banned from the league.

actually there 2006 draft was bad also. They only have Stacy andreews and maroney contributing
