Interesting what if, the writer says he does not think he did but wonders if the NFL would sweep it under the rug.
He also notes that Brady looked really messed up when he was at the Derby with Wes. There is even a video
of Brady and Wes Welker there. I posted this because of the effect it would have on the Dolphin game if Brady
had tested positive....

Also on a side note doesn't Wes have to have been tested positive before to be suspended for four games?

And here is the video that is titled "Brady screaming at the Kentucky Derby."

Brady's goofy ass on a Molly.....man would that be a sight

Welker didn't take molly, he took a poison pill from 2007 and that is why he is a major d-bag.

Too bad for Mr. Welker that molly isn't going to make him any taller.

Would they sweep it under the rug?

Sure, if there were a lot of bets being placed on the Under on the Pats season win total.

So what if he did? Lol

If he did do it, they will probably wait until the Patriots have a string of easy/non-divisional games to suspend him.

So what if he did? Lol

He's saying, that he was at the same Kentucky Derby that Welker took a molly laced with amphetamines and he was caught on video acting very strange. Someone on molly is very excitable and could possibly start a screaming fit like that when over joyed. If Brady took Molly with Welker, that would mean he also tested positive for the same amphetamines but has not been suspended. Hence, the NFL sweeping it under the rug for the star QB.

He would have had to been tested recently after the event or it would be out of his system most likely. So really its highly unlikely he was tested at the perfect time…regardless of if he took it or not

Was he sweating?

The Molly Diaries at this link is too funny about him sweating and running around with his shirt off...

The Stable

“Christ, man … Jesus … you ever seen a horse like this before?” Wes Welker asked the stable boys, and they nodded, because indeed they had. Welker was sweating profusely and staring at a saddle perched on a bale of hay. He had been there … how long had he been there? What a day. Best ever. His jaw flexed and jutted and chewed at strange angles. He had never seen horses this beautiful in his whole goddamn life, and he had seen his share of the beasts back in Oklahoma. He reached out and patted the bale of hay gently, around where he thought the neck probably was. Or the flank, whatever the lingo was. He would have to get better at learning the names of horse parts now.

“The power in this horse, man. God. Feel it.” Sweat ran into his eyes. “Can I just — ?” He grabbed a grooming brush out of a passing stable boy’s hand and brushed the hay with nice, smooth strokes. “There, there.”

“Wow,” he said, letting his arms flap against his thighs and dropping the brush. He staggered backward and shuffled outside, pausing to sloppily stuff five $100 bills into the breast pocket of a stunned stable boy.

“We won, mother****er.”

Then he remembered.

“Hey, where can I buy some gum? And water?”

ROFLOL

I think it's a joke article. At least I hope it is.

The NFL's purpose is not to create some kind of fair sporting league for competition. Leave that to college sports, or the olympics. It is an entertainment business, more similar to the WWE than anything else.

As long as it can maintain the illusion of fairness and continue to sucker fans into spending tons of money on it, it is succeeding. Yes, the convenient manipulation and selective application of its own "rules" absolutely is part of that equation, insofar as it protects the illusion and generates the most profits. So if the theoretical premise posed in the OP were true, it would definitely be something that they would sweep under the rug if they could. The NFL's biggest fear is a scandal that undermines the integrity of its existence (a la NBA), and its second-biggest fear is the falling from grace of its most important employees.
