The Biggest Fins Fan from CT
Even though we are technically in last place in our division. It is interesting to see that we have had the toughest scheduale in the AFC East. We are the only team in teh AFC east whose opponents through week 9 have had a winning record. Now this is all non technical research but I know our opponenets have wins that account to 34 or 35 and the Pats are at 25. The Bills 26 and the jets 27. That is a huge differential. People tend to forget that the Jets who are the mdia darling because of Brett Favre have lost to teams like the Raiders and have been played competiitivly by the Cheifs. The Pats have been the best in the diviosn. Despite their loss to us fins, they have played opponents well. The Bills are benefiting from an easy as pie beginning sched. and you look at some of their games, how the Raiders brought them down to the wire.
Now if we play our remaining sched. the way we should with wins against the Seahawks, Cheifs, Raiders, 49ers and the Rams. That right there gives us 9 wins. Obviously we need to win theg ames and play the way we can in order to win. But the way we are playing the the way the team has learned from their mistakes against Houston and Baltimore, I think these 5 games should all be wins. It will be up to our 3 division matchups which will be very tough games but we beat the Pats already in NE, we beat Buffalo, we could have beat the Jets but people need to remember our run game wasnt established and Chad had ony about a month in the system that game. Also Ginn and Camarillo both werent really involved alot (Camarillo a little bit more involved but not where he is today). That right there should bring us up to the 10 win mark, even if we go 1-2 in our division.
Its gonna be a tough road, and we may have to go 11-5 to guarentee a playoff spot but this team can do it.
The real catlyst will be ronnie and ricky. We know Chad can play.
If ronnie or Ricky gets their crap together and starts running like they used to. This team will go far. Chad is a great game manager and is great when we have the lead. If we are winning by 6 mins. left in the fourth then chad will win the game for us. But when we r down and a big throw needs to be made thats where the problems seem to come out.
