This would be a difficult deal to do. We save Wallace's $15M salary, and add Jackson's $10M but take an $8.8M cap hit on the cap, which can be split into next year. So, to start, we would be down $3.8M (without splitting the hit), and would add Mathis who would cost $5M but could be extended to lower this year's hit.

It could be done.
