Ted Wells has completed his first round of interviews with the Dolphins. His statement: "We have concluded our initial round of interviews with the Miami Dolphins and spent time with every player and coach, as well as key staff members and management. Our work will continue over the next few weeks. I want to thank Stephen Ross, the Dolphins organization and its players, coaches and staff for their complete cooperation throughout this process." 2013-11-24

As Ted Wells noted, his work will continue over next few weeks. I'm told he is expected to speak with Jonathan Martin again at some point

We don't have that long; we have to make a decision about Richie next week, right?

I think you can only suspend him for four games. Is tomorrow's game the fourth?

They will release him. I do not think they should, but I think they will.

So when can Richie put in his grievance? After the investigation completes? That's kinda ****ty.

I think a "deal" was made between Incognito and the Fins...delay the grievance and we will release you a week early. I bet it goes down early next week. It saves Incognito two weeks of pay. They could sit on him for the NYJ game and take his game check the following week. Just my guess.

I agree. Richie arrived for the meetings with a stack of people (probably attorneys and representatives from his manager although one may have been a stripper who respected him in the morning). I expect that the terms of a settlement were negotiated.

imo Richie DOSENT want to be released , he said in a statement that he wanted to get this over with so he could get back to his career with the Miami Dolphins , Richie has ALOT OF Friends here in South Florida , and i just dont see him moving on , i think the FO told him to just be cool that IF You Havent Done anything real bad you will have a chance to get bk on the Team . just IMHO .

RI should have never been suspended. Maybe benched, but everyone knew that these charges were bogus.

I think he will be back so long as the investigation shows Martin was just being a big softy
