Ireland and his talent evaluation

There is not one player on our team not even Jake Long that generates a first round pick in a trade! Not even number 32 in the first round. This roster is so overrated on here it is comical!

Predaphin,
I would trade the entire roster, I don´t care, start from the scratch. We shouldn´t have drafted Long in the first place and bring back my two second picks on Marshall

JT,
If they are so good, could they please make a bleeping play? Marshall, PLEASE catch the bleeping ball on the bleeping end zone, Wake, please sack the bleeping QB and force a bleeping fumble, Vontae, please make a bleeping interception, Bush, please run for a bleeping TD...

jake long when healthy brings more in trade than a first round pick.

When these clowns came aboard there were no playmakers. 4 years later there are no playmakers. There are no elite players. The talent is minimal. Jeff Ireland sucks and gets more of the blame then Sparano. Unfortunately that is not the way Ross sees it.

The Dolphins are champions of failure.

Let's go ahead and eliminate the "when". Right now Long is playing very mediocre! There might be some blame to a bum knee or shoulder, but there isn't a FO in the league trading a first for Long after what a knee and shoulder did to Tony Boselli's career! See other teams use that round for play makers not cornfed linemen.

I fear we re stuck with Ireland's ******* past this year. I don't trust Ross to do the right thing. We re a lot more than a QB away. We wouldn't be any better off had we taken Ryan over Long. He d be struggling behind this O Line as well. Hell he s struggling behind a more talented team this year and he s never struck me as a top 10 QB. Henne isn't the answer but thinking we re a QB away is silly. New GM, coach and Luck is a good start though. Unfortunately the Dolphins will find a way to **** it up.

Not only is the talent bad, but they all play very poorly together. All these players are horrible compliments for one another.

Only Jeff Ireland is to blame for the vision of this team. Because he's such a f*cking douchebag with the personality of wood-stump, he completely discounts chemistry when putting together a roster. All the pieces might, and say this very loosely, might look good individually but taken together amounts to garbage.

Jeff Ireland sees things as business decisions, he thinks he's some type of genius with his "calculated" moves and "stick to the vest" style. Unfortunately these are glaring signs of a deeply insecure and paranoid man. Absolutely not the type of man you want being a G.M.

Tony Sparano is a buffoon, but he can only make so much salad out this load of chicken sh*t.
