This guy has single handily killed this organization. We now lose put on fisher but had no chance at landing gruden or cowher bc he is still here. Enough is enough Ross, you're starting to lose this whole fan base bc you are a horrible team owner. Mediocrity is not what we pay our hard earned money to see live and for the general merchandise... I am disgusted

Irealand blows. He hasnt really gotten anything right since the day he got here. I still cant figure out why he has a job with this team. There are about a dozen or so posters here at FH who I would rather have as GM of the phins.
